Hi team,
I bought new voltas Ac on 23rd April 2023, and within 15days its stopped working and cooling, so i have raised request request number 23050720269 on 7th May 2023, so 1 technician came and said gas leaked and its installed by third party and when i showed proof that it is installed by “Raj kumar engineering corporation Gorakhpur” then they agreed and said ok they will fill they didnt fill in 3 days so i raised again request on 10th may (Request number 23051030735) and again same story 1 technician came and false accuse that we didnt install again I showed proof so again they made false promise and No one came, its been 7 days and I have escalated the issue with ASM Avinash kumar tripathi called him 10 times but No response, No response from technician and customer care, i feel like getting tortured by customer care, it seem like we are the slave. And My Ac is just 15days old and this is the service I am getting, i am thinking why I bought Voltas Ac
