I do write to public today with a very despondent services by Videocon D2h. Its more than 10 days services are found not functioning with the alarm of ‘signals not available’, waited for one day as there was a heavy rain fall in the town. second the problem persists, had no other option but for launching a complaint with Videocon costomer care. Daily the customer care in Toll Free No says complaint launched today and will be rectified in 8hrs time. same answer was repeated shamelessly for one week !…
I am launching a complaint with govt authorities to intervene in the issue as because i have understood such complaints are plenty.
STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT TO OPT VIDEOCON D2H … A VERY USELESS SERVICE PROVIDER. STAFF DO NOT HAVE ADEQUATE KNOWLEDGE FOR PROBLEM ATTACK.
