I can’t make calls nor send SMS to anyone number, it says emergency calls  only. I cant use the internet services as well!
I changed it to multiple phones, it says ‘No service’ as well, but other Airtel sims in my area are working perfectly fine. I was using it yesterday too, it was perfectly fine and suddenly today it stopped working, It might be damaged but please confirm the problem.

If it is damaged, can i apply for the duplicate sim online and will it be delivered soon?
