Text of Complaint by Parvez Shaikh:

Bought MI Firestick set 2 months ago, it wasn’t connecting to Wifi and then remote stopped working. Made multiple visits to Wakad service center which was and may still is non operational – went to Aundh center where I was asked to keep the device for them to check. After 8 hours I receive a call he tested remote only by replacing batteries, no other test was performed and I was asked to buy new remote so that he can continue testing. I went to store to buy remote, it wasn’t available there. I ordered remote online it isn’t working. Online chat is limited, online service request shows invalid oder ID, customer care is just IVR. Tired of MI products and services.
