No service from Jio regarding Wifi services

I have been trying to get my WiFi fixed for more than 72 hours but there is no proper response from Jio. They just tell me to have patience.

In this WFH situation, Jio really thinks asking me to have patience will help. I am stuck in the loop to have patience and someone will show up.

The Jio Fiber set up was done within a day in my home but when it comes to service, it is nowhere to be seen.

Yesterday (29th July) the assigned person was supposed to come between 4:45 pm-5:45pm but no one came. Today (30th July) also a person was supposed to come between 11am-12am but there is no sign of any person.

This is not a way to deal with a customer.

Also, the Jio app is telling me that the problem will be fixed within 24 hours. According to the app the expected resolution date and time is 27th July by 10:13 am. That is a big lie
