I raised complaint on 24 Dec(SR00001TN4MD). This has been resolved into your system without actually resolved the issue at customer end.
Since first day I am getting issues like drop internet connection, buffer on youtube, very bad clarity on youtube app.
I raised another complaint after few days, still it is(SR00001U4D65) not resolved and no one giving me any update on it.
