I had raised a service request on 29 May 2023 for my water purifier for changing the filters which is under AMC contract service. Filter ha ls to be changed in feb 2023.Many times I called for service center and no response from technician and raised so many escalation through applications. Till today no one came to my house for doing service to Water Purifier. Due to this negligence of Eureka Forbes, my family were got sick for past three days, due to drinking the Eureka water purifier. Now we stopped drinking the water of this machine. Technicians are not bothering of customer request. Very very worst service from the Eureka Forbes technician. Please help me get good solution for my complaint sir/Mam. I kindly request you to take severe action on this complaint. My complaint id CM-290523-10009429 .
