Dear Sir/Madam,
My services has been barred by the Vodafone for more then 2 weeks without any reason. I have been chasing with them since May 2020 end. I almost send approx 50 emails to customercare@vodafoneidea.com and appellate.mum@vodafoneidea.com but every customer care associate giving fake commitment. I have mentioned them because of this no service situation I am not able to to do any banking transaction (I have not paid my rent), could not able to book my GAS even i am not able to pay buy my house hold things. I am mentally frustrated because of this situation. I have suffered a huge loss which includes by office work and missing important calls. I want my services to be activate and also reimbursement of my all amount at the earliest. my mobile number is 9773558606 which is not working, my alternate number is 8451919379.
