Text of Complaint by Consolation Metsing:

I applied for wifi Router in March 2021.And Router was delivered on 29 March 21 it was activated after 2 days after numerous calls. To my surprise I got debited with 2 amounts R159 and R249 respectively. Debit orders were unpaid as I did not provide. I called the service provider to change the date of the debit order because they were debiting last day of the month and as a SASSA grant recepient our dates are random. Wifi worked for 2 hours only. I phoned each time phoning my airtime will run out and they will never call you back. I kept calling in vain. Meantime they still debit me and they tarnish my account because of the unpaid charges. I mean I can’t pay for the service that I’m not enjoying/getting. So after numerous calls I ultimately managed to speak to a lady who promised to stop and cancel the whole deal. To my surprise they still debited me. I had other debit orders that were going through my account. But because of this me and you mobile they also ended up not being paid. I had to change my Banking Details. They are now sending me smses for me to pay some exorbitant amounts R2175. I can’t pay that for mahala. Kindly assist. I was doing this to help my grand child with her schoolwork.
