A transaction of Rs 60,000 was made on my paytm postpaid account on 14/11/22. There is no facility to report this transaction on the paytm app or on their helpline numbers. I am being hounded to pay my post paid bill – which I will not do as I did not do the transaction to begin with.
The app obviously has no security system in place if this fraudulent transaction can take place without an OTP or any other security checks
