On 22nd February, 2023, I had ordered Robotic I-Vac Vaccum Cleaner from Amazon with warranty of 1 year. Later, the machine stops working hence I registered for servicing. At that time, the client suggested us to replace it. So, we asked for replacement to Eureka Forbes if possible but they told me a month later to ask the Amazon for replacement and they told that they’ll send people for servicing. It’s been a month and no one has yet come for service. I further decided to ask for replacement to Amazon and are asking for a Denial letter from the company . And the company now says that as the was ordered from Amazon, they have to provide the Denial letter. Now I don’t understand that what should be done at this point
