Dear Sir/Madam,
Had booked to train tickets from ahemdabad to mumbai on 26/1/19 order Id is 7135489216 and it for some reason had to be cancelled.
Payment was refunded by irctc but has not yet been refunded to my account. As per emails to you query number:107267777 i have been getting replies saying the amount has been transferred to my bank account. Unfornately it has not been.
Please look into the matter.
