I have ordered a Vacuum Cleaner on 18th September 2024 from BlinkIt.
The received items had parts missing, practically making the Vacuum Cleaner unusable. Upon contacting BlinkIt, they have given an ultimatum in resolving the issue in 24 hrs. Next day, upon contacting them again, they have given an ultimatum to resolve the issue in further 48 hours. Now, while contacting them again, they have mentioned that the return period is closed. I seek refund for the product and want to return the product as well.
