Text of Complaint by Navneet Gupta:

I ordered one carpet (Order ID 405-5203659-9615503) on 14-Jun-2023 from amazon.in. Carpet was delivered and I raised the return request on 01-Jul-2023 because I was not satisfied with the quality of the Carpet. Return pickup tracker was showing pickup date as 03-Jul-2023 but it was not picked up on the date. I connected to Amazon Customer Service and informed them about the same. They rescheduled it on 09-Jul-2023 but again it was not picked up. I again connected to Amazon Customer Service, they told me that they have escalated the issue and pickup will be done by next day but again it was not pickup.

Today again when I connected to Amazon customer service and chat with representative, Yamini, she is not ready to listen and understand the issue and she denied for return and told that Return window is expired so she can not do anything and then she closed the chat which is really very rude behavior closing the chat without providing any solution and listening to customer for his problem.

There is no fault from my side. It is the issue from amazon’s pickup side because they are failing for pickup even after multiple requests. I have attached all chat history for your reference also.
