Dear sir,
I ordered a laptop (acer Aspire 7 Ryzen 5 Hexa Core 5500U – (8 GB/512 GB SSD/Windows 10 Home/4 GB Graphics/NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650) A715-42G Gaming Laptop (15.6 inch, Black, 2.15 kg) from flipkart E-com website on (04-10-2021). The order id is (OD123018321256981000). I received that laptop on (07-10-2021). But that is a defective product because the keypad of the laptop is not working. After I found the laptop keypad defect, immediately I raised a replacement request to flipkart on the date of (07-10-2021). Flipkart also accepted my replacement request and they approved for return & replacement. They give one technician number for verification. I called several times to him. But the mobile number was always switched off and also I didn’t receive any call from that technician. After 2 days the replacement process automatically cancelled. So, I called to flipkart customer care they told me to wait we will take your complaint, but no response happened. For their mistake I wasted my time to following them for correct the issue. As a customer each day I spend 2 hours to resolve the issue this led to very high level of depression. Totally four times they raised replacement request & by their own they cancelled. Still now they are not giving any update about replacement.
Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.
