Text of Complaint by Ramkrishna Kulkarni:

I am facing few issues in JIO Air fibre connection installed 2 weeks back at my home – One is we need to reboot the router again and again to restore internt connection. There is no router mini hub supplied as mentuoned in JIO website. I have mentioned these details in my email sent to jio customer care emails. They have created service request to arrange technician at Home. However no body visit or call me aand to the surprise the service request has been closed by JIO without any solutoion or any communication. Now they are even not replying to my various email and reminders on the subject matter.
