I have purchased a product Lenovo IdeaPad 3 Core i3 10th Gen – (8 GB/1 TB HDD/Windows 10 Home) 15IML05 Thin and Light Laptop (15.6 inch, Platinum Grey, 1.7 kg, With MS Office) after 2 Months i got issue with the product, The laptop is getting heat and a lot of hanging issues, It takes more than 45 Minutes to turn on and after that it doesn’t set it as usual it again hangs a lot after clicking each icon it takes 10 sec to react, I have called to Flipkart CS team but there was no proper response so i had to reach social media even there asked me to contact Jeeves as i have purchased CMP (complete laptop protection plan) But still no response from JEEVES as well, One day a technician visited and he said he is not aware about the product and asked me to contact Flipkart again. so story is still going on and stuck in manual refund and this all is impacting my work every day flipkart CS team calls and gives no update.

I want refund of this product. I trusted flipkart so i purchased this complete laptop protection plan but they seems like they are not bothering on helping.
