I was not allowed to board a flight whose ticket i bought thru Paytm. When i contacted AirIndia, they said to contact Paytm because ticket was bought thru it and they would do the necessary. Then i filed a complaint in paytm and provided the needed documents. They said they will look into the matter and its been a month they ate not responding. My mails and in app complaints are not responded.
