We have ordered on 23rd july, we got the delivery on 29th out of all products two were missing and we instantly raised complaint, since then there is no update. Each customer service agent is giving different replies to us. One says it will be delivered tomorrow and few said wait one week like that its been many more than month. The team handling our issue is social media escalation team and they are sending automated mails with no update. It is very fishy and seems like they are playing with us, cause usually they take 7days to solve when asked usual escalation team in amazon. But this being social media escalation team they never are contacting us.
