This is regarding service request 117809170. I have been trying to reach customer care but seems they have totally removed the option of talking to somoonr. There is no update on the service and when I submitted the request it said that your connection will get shifted within a day. It is been 4 days now. Please help.

I have been facing trouble with airtel network for past 5 days. They keep saying we will assign a technician for you but no response from the team. When i request them to cut the service, they are asking me to pay my bill that was never used, after that only they will cut the service. This is a huge scam from airtel, asking to pay the bill and disconnecting the service which was never provided.
