Text of Complaint by Suman Rana:

My family member ordered a BB cream from @MyGlamm on 31st jan. A exchange request was raised due to wrong item received. On 8th feb item was picked up with a msg that they will deliver the exchanged item soon but till date no information on same. Not only this she has been calling the customer care since then but no response. They even haven’t updated the order history @MyGlamm just pathetic services
