I got into a new job and this requires good internet connection to work from home. I needed this urgently and so chose Airtel. I registered on my Airtel app for broadband connection and a lady named Madhu called me immediately and explained the packages and specifically told me that it would be fixed in a day for sure. I made the payment that day itself and sent her screenshot and this was 5 days ago. I have no update till date.
