Text of Complaint by Sanjay:

I had booked a JioAirFiber connection. After the initial booking, I received sms that the representative with a given name and number would contact me for an appointment. The next day, I received a call and he guided me through the process and I booked the service with a payment of ₹1000 and also fixed an engineer visit as shown on the website. I received confirmation messages as well. But after that, no one contacted me for installation or other processes. The representative who talked to me is neither replying to my WhatsApp messages nor answering my calls.
