I raised a complaint to Paytm on 21st July 2019 regarding fraudulent transfer of my KYC details from my Paytm number 9691333499 to other number.
Even after sharing all the requested details (Aadhar, Voter ID, Passport size photo etc.) to Paytm they are not able to resolve my issue. I am afraid if there is any misuse of my linked Aadhar and Pancard to my Paytm account.
Also If there will be any transaction using Paytm post paid then I will not be responsible for this as I have raised the complaint on 21st July 2019.
I have filed an FIR complaint (FIR number – 5919/19) also regarding this issue. I am attaching the police application with this mail.
My Paytm reference number is 132244632 which is not yet resolved . Please help me on this issue.
