I’ve been using airtel from a long time never expected this kind of customer service
My issue is regarding dth
I lodged a complain because I lost my box, remote, hdmi and card
Technician came and he charged me 2150 which was a lot extra than I was Informed he refunded me the extra amount
Whenever I’m Making a call in airtel they say the connection is under Gautam Mukherjee why would that be

He gave me a new customer ID 3009295281
I’m totally pissed off about this it’s been almost a week since I’ve been facing issues with this
moreover it did worked for 2 days in between but it stopped working now it says zero balance.
i did the recharge when the technician came and when i called they say that you have used all the 350, it hardly worked for two days
and right now when i am trying to do any recharge i cant even do that and i got the entire thing fixed through Airtel then why would a executive give a card that belongs to someone else
