I purchase Hitachi Window AC from Amazon. I book first service from Hitachi and on the service, the serviceman reported defect part and the Hitachi person promise me to replace my defective part as my A.C is under warranty.
But according to hitachi, currently the new parts not in stock. I tried to contact many times but there is no resolution for more than 15+ days. Even they can’t even provide the expected date.
