Text of Complaint by sitaraman:

I lost my phone at 9 pm ist and tried calling airtel to block my phone . Called 121 , 198 and Telengana contacts . There is no option to speak to customer care . No option to block your SIM temporarily .
This delay can cost result in mis-use of your phone quickly . I am suprised that large Airtel which spends so much money on ads has no simple customer care to speak and not even chat to speak to customer care .
I feel frustrated !!!!
