I have complainted about the slow speed internet
Last year and they said 120days for resolving it.And after 120days i called them, they are saying again 120days for resolving the network issue.
The customer service is very poor,they say same answers every time i call. Also i suffer a slow speed network, in my area the users . When i bought the jio sim 2years ago the speed of network was good, but now i don’t even get a speed of 150MB/S.
IF THIS PROBLEM CONTINUES I AM THROWING AWAY YOUR SIM.
