I ordered a dress from Liiws.com and an executive spoke to me, before confirming the order. I asked her, if the dress is not fitting then can I return the dress. She told that I can return the dress by sending an Email to liiwscare@gmail.com and I need to return the product within 5 days. After knowing about the return policy from her, I ordered the dress and my order #8287. Due to size issues and quality issue, I sent an return request to that Email address on the same day but its been more than 2days and still didn’t get any reply. I tried reaching to that number 9157416106 but she is not picking the call and avoiding my calls. I paid Rs.1400 and I don’t want others to waste their money like me.
