I ordered 1pc of LCD with Touch Screen for OnePlus Nord – Grey (display glass combo folder)

Order #4707348, Paid on 27th Jun 2022 at 8:29am form maxbhi.com, when i receved my order and test whether it is working or not and found that the product was not working and defective. i contected maxbhi.com for refund and they said that they cannot refund money insted they will replace the product according to their terms of policy and i agreed and send the product to them on before its warranty expires which 12th July, 22. till date i dint not get my replacement for the product and moreover they use to put the wrong image of the products means they are showing different image on their website and selling somethingels . they make people think that they are selling the product which is genuine as shown in the picture on the website, intead they ship diffent product which creates customes think the product is genuine. if they are selling non-genuine products then they have show only the picture of that product . its totally unfair to customers. till date my money is lost and no replacement also so it is my humble request to lookover this kinds of fraud by online website. it would be grate if i get my money back.
