SO I MARKED FOR IT’S REPLACEMENT ON THEIR SITE & ALSO SENT AN EMAIL ON 2/8/23(YOU CAN CHECK THEIR RECORDS). DEFECTIVE PRODUCT WAS PICKED FOR REPLACEMENT BY EKART ON 2/8/23 (AS MENTIONED ON SIITE) & Replacement ID: 12302877492843194183 DATED 2/8/23 WAS ISSUED ON FLIPKART SITE.
THEN I RECEIVED UNDERMENTIONED “SMS” :

BUT ON 6/8/23,IT WAS SECOND TIME DELIVERY BOY OF “EKART” INSTEAD OF DELIVERING”REPLACEMENT FOR FOR THE ABOVE “Sporto Fitness S-102 Mul.” DELIVERED A “WRONG PRODUCT”( OVAL SHAPED ) (DOC.1). WHEN I ASKED HIM WHY IS HE DELIVERING A “WRONG PRODUCT”, HE HAD NO ANSWER.
I RETURNED THE PRODUCT .

SO BY THIS TIME I WAS FRUSTRATED THAT EVEN AFTER SENDING 5 REMINDERS TO FLIPKART CEO ,CS-HEAD AND GRIEVANCE OFFICER ( 1ST ONE ON 2/8/23)
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED “CORRECT PRODUCT” OR REFUND AMOUNTING TO RS. 2996/- AS PER INVOICE (DOC. 2) . SO ON 12/8/23 I SENT A 6 TH REMINDER TO FLIPKART CEO, CS-HEAD AND GRIEVANCE OFFICER TO REFUND THE AMOUNT OF RS. 2996/- IN MY SAVINGS BANK ACCOUNT AT EARLIEST AS COMMITTED BELOW ON THEIR SITE !!

REFUND OF RS. 2996/- YET . SHE TOLD ME TO SEND PHOTOGRAPHS OF “WRONG PRODUCT” RECEIVED ON EMAIL outreach@flipkart.com . & THEN SHE PROMISED THAT SHE WILL ARRANGE REFUND AT THE EARLIEST. ACCORDINGLY,I SENT PHOTOGRAPHS OF”WRONG PRODUCT” VIA EMAIL ON outreach@flipkart.com ON 12/8/23.( WHICH WAS RECD. BY THEM .YOU CAN CHECK THEIR RECORDS)
ON 15/8/23 I ALSO INFORMED VIA WHATSAPP, INCHARGE EKART HUB CHANDIGARH , VIKRAM (MOBILE NO. 9814163421) AT 3.01 P.M.(YOU CAN CHECK HIS PHONE) (DOC. 2 ATTACHED) THAT CONCERNED ITEM Sporto Fitness S-102 Multip… WAS PICKED BY THE DELIVERY PERSON FOR REPLACEMENT ON 2/8/23 AND AFTER THAT I HAVE NOT RECD. THE REPLACEMENT TILL DATE ( AS PER TRANSSACTION ID — FMPP1792531344 AND HIS DELIVERY PERSON IS LYING THAT HE DELIVERED IT ON 10/8/23 , AS ON THIS DATE I WAS NOT IN MY HOUSE FOR WHOLE DAY !! SO HOW HE CAN DELIVER IT ??
SO, TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY REPLACEMENT OR REFUND !! Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 FLIPKART IS responsibleTO ENSURE THAT “CORRECT” order is delivered to me at my address AND IF NOT THEN REFUND IT’S AMOUNT IN MY BANK ACCOUNT Consumer Goods (Right to Free Return) Act, 2015. (2) WHICH SAYS –A refund must be given without undue delay. BUT TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING EVEN AFTER 25 DAYS OF ORDERING PRODUCT !!
VERY STRICT ACTION IS TO BE TAKEN AGAINST FLIPKART AND IT SHOULD BE PENALISED FOR UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICE SO THAT IT REFUNDS THE AMOUNT OF RS. 2996/- (AS per INVOICE ATTACHED BELOW(DOCUMENT 2) AS COMMITED ABOVE ON THEIR SITE ) AND PAYS RS. 10000/- FOR UNDERGOING ACUTE MENTAL HARASSMENT,SUFFERING,DEFICIENCY OF SERVICE AND FAULTY PRODUCT DELIVERED TO ME .
