Recently I was purchased Redmi K50i and the product was not up to the mark.
Then I reached the Amazon Team, then they replied their no option returning product.
Then they suggested technician visit based on his feedback they gonna replace the product.
After 2 consecutive visit finally accepted for replacement.
All of sudden they are not able replace but ready to refund.
Now it been 2 weeks no agent is coming to pick the product and they are keeping reschedule, where my time is wasting.
Very worst experience and I suggest all not to buy the product from Amazon especially Electronic products.
