Text of Complaint by Yogesh Patil:

I have logged a complaint on 21st Feb 2022 (IN022022051858) of my TCL 40D2930 Television. The technician has visited and diagnosed an issue in my board and this would cost me Rs.3, 000 as the TV is out of warranty. I have agreed. After 3 days he came again but with the wrong board. He told me that he would come again after 2 days, but he never came again. I have called the service center (MB : 7666036003) and I have been told that the board will come in 2 to 3 days. When I called him he was giving me the same answer. After several calls now he is not receiving my calls. I have been told to logged a fresh complaint, Which I did.(Case ID IN032022056141) but all is vain. My complaint get cancelled automatically. I called customer care where the person told me that his senior will call me but nobody has called me till now. Feeling helpless…
