I had paid rs.410 online for two pizzas from call walkers village restaurant on 03/08/19.but after i had ordered and paid i mistakenly had given a wrong adress and i called the delivery boy immediately and told him regarding the concern and few minutes later i had an call from the zomato and they clearly said to me that ill be not getting any refund for my order and so i told them to place the order in a differebt location and it wasnt too far from the address i had given then i was shocked to hear that they said talk to your delivery boy about this and i did said to him to place my order on darjiling more and he was clearly rejecting my request saying that”mai ny jaunga waha”.i requested him again and even offered him to pay extra to come but then they cut my call.and then i started to chat on querry section witht the agent i canncelled my order but then again the message said that the processing fee of cancelation of the order was the whole amountwhich i had paid rs.410.then i went to try call them again and the line was busy.and they didnt call back. The more offending thing was that the delivery boy wasnt even the half way to the place which ive given the address i had call him on a halfway and said that i had mistakenly given the wrong adress and even though they didnt wanted my order to be placed on another address.
The delivery boy was kinda rude talking and the customer helpline number wasnt help at all instead they irge me to talk to the delivery boy..
This is not the way a customer should be taken care of please i want my money back.and im uploading some of the screenshots.
