I’ve ordered jewels but ended up defective and looks dirty as used items. After much complaints and manager callback they agree to refund 100% to the wallet. I disagree on that and req full refund onmy bank account as they have policy refund thought online banks if the cash payment been done. They lied as they only can bank in to Mirraw wallet. When request for manager callback they ask me to make own calls. This shows how irresponsible they are. Totally worried of other customer how if they sell used items, very poor customer service and poor quality of the products. There is no update till now
