I have raised for a refund of my ticket due to no travel for Covid reasons. Booking IDs:

NN2813453003940
It has been 5 months already and every time I hear from the travels is an automated reply. They just say they have raised an refund application to the airlines (air India) and once they approve/refund they can provide me the refund. It’s been more than 5 months my money more than 1lac stuck with them for which I am paying interest ?. I am lodging this complaint against makemytrip & Airindia assuming things can be expedited and necessary action is taken against them. They have just taken Covid as a reason and playing games wit the consumers.
