I had made a Flight Booking on HappyEasygo from New Delhi to Goa, travelling date : 27 March 2020. But due to Covid-19 pandemic all the the flights were cancelled as per the orders of DGCA, and full refund was asked to pay to all the customers. For the same only i asked HappyEasygo to provide me my refund as i had made booking from them. Everytime from last 1-1.5 years i am begging them for my refund but they that don’t have any refund( which is a lie) as Airline ( Air India) has already initiated the full refund to all the customers.
Please look into this issue and take a strict action this company,HappyEasygo for not providing my refund and mentally harassing me for last 2 years.
