My complaint is against Amazon India. I ordered Formula 1 Windshield Wash Concentrate (237 ml) (Made in USA) Ordered on 27 November 2020 Order# 403-4443101-1155546 Rs 625 and cancelled the same day but till now 2 months passed still amazon is not refunding where as per their policy they should refund. Called 20 plus times to amazon, even emailed, chat, on twitter still same response everytime that they have initiated the refund and will reach my account in 2 days. Please help!
