Order was placed on 19th August 2022 and the order was expected to be delivered on 20th August 2022. The order wasn’t delivered. Inspite of contacting Amazon on the same day and every day, no resolution was provided and they only asked us to wait. Another order was placed for same item and was delivered perfectly but the previous order was not cancelled and response given was technical issue. Now, I have paid on EMI for both orders and paying monthly EMI for two phones when only one phone was delivered. Even till date, there is no resolution provided and they continue to ask us to wait. Need help please. Order Amount 71,900.00
