Text of Complaint by Navina:

I ordered a cake in Zomato and payed the amount online but the order was cancelled by their side and the amount was said to be initiated for refund but I have not yet received my refund back and they are not even providing the transaction ID .They said me to wait for 24 hrs and it’s already been more than that and still they keep on saying the same and no proper respond from the executive as they keep on repeating the same thing.
