Text of Complaint by Clint Joseph:

I have placed an order on 19th August from Samsung shop and it was canceled from Samsung’s end saying technical difficulty. The product was canceled on 27th August and I have still not received my refund till today. Every time I write an email there is an auto response saying wait for 10 days. Now it has passed more than 10 days and I still do not have my refund of rs 76,439. Feeling so helpless when brands like Samsung doing this to their customers.
