On the date of 17 February,2023, I had placed two orders of a same product, for a bulk quantity of 11 sarees.
The Sub Order ID as displayed in the Meesho app are
Order 1 :- 155508482954_1; No. Of quantity: 6 , Order total Rs. 3090/-
Order 2 :- 828906951903_1; No. Of quantity 5 ; Order total Rs. 2575/-
On 20 February,2023 it was updated that both the above orders have been shipped together with the AWB No: 3117240390.
On 23 February, 2023, I received the delivery.
To my shocking surprise, the package contained only 4 products, which were totally different from what I ordered and 7 quantities are totally missing.
I have raised return pick up once and called the customer care for complaint of missing product. The customer care support guided me to place return of 3 quantities under Order 2 :- 828906951903_1, therefore I also received a refund for these 3 quantities aloan.

There is no resolution provided for the entire 7 MISSING QUANTITIES. I request you to look in the matter at the earliest and process my refund. It is highly disappointing that I placed such huge order and not even received the proper product.

I want to receive the refund of the 7 missing quantities which amounts to Rs. 3,605/-(Rs. 515*7)

It has been almost a month I am struggling to get my money back for these missing products I never received.

It has been terrible and mental stress to patiently place nearly 20 and above calls and explaining the same issue again and again to each customer executive.
Such a unprofessional and unfair response on the part of Meesho. There is no resolution for genuine grievance on a huge order.
