Let me tell you the reality in very short – I purchased two exactly same products – Scotch-Brite Butterfly Plastic Mop and Refill Combo (Green) – order number : 06-8713187-9299535 and another one is order number : 406-8266605-7681163 on 31st July 2022. When products has been delivered to two different address, I have unpacked to them and tried to use it, but I found both were 100% defective, means nothing was working, even main function of the washing was not working due to imbalanced and banded puff, so I have submitted return request, that was easy part. Difficult part was – I submitted return request and the pickup company got cancelled the pickup from their end, later I got a clarification of pickup cancellation, that was some kind of technical issue in pickup process, I didn’t expected that but it’s ok sometimes it happens so no big deal, so I submitted another pickup request which got cancelled again due to same reasons. I contacted support whatever happened, so they rescheduled my pick for third time, this time again pickup got cancelled, and after this, support again rescheduled the pickup 4th time and then 5th time support have submitted return pickup so on 11th August 2022 (Rakhi Festival), Pickup vehicle came to my doorstep and I returned it from my address – (A).

On 12th August I got a pickup confirmation message, this is the evidence of my product return, pickup boy came to me and picked up the purchase order, and that’s the normal practice of them to always check the product – what product they are about to receive, which should be exactly same as pickup boy carries the pickup list in hands and he always check the product condition and anything else with product. The Pick-up boy always checks everything to make sure that product is exactly the same one and in what condition he is about to pickup. After complete satisfaction, he conducts the return procedure. So one thing is sure that I returned exactly the same product whatever I ordered and got from the delivery man.

On 12th august 2022, my other same product was picked up by pickup man with the same checking procedure from another address (B), I got no message of pickup until 18th August 2022, but I ignored that important process because nothing happened with me like this one before, on 18th August 2022, I got pickup confirmation message on the Amazon portal where we track the product return status.

Be noticed that above mentioned both addresses are the same two different addresses, where products has been delivered and picked up by carrier.

Since the day when products were picked up from my addresses, I have been in contact with the support team continuously for my refund until 19th August 2022, on 19th, I got an email from Amazon, I wish to share with you, so read that email from here:

Our Returns Department advised us that they received WRONG ITEM. We confirmed the Scotch-Brite Butterfly Plastic Mop and Refill Combo (Green) from order #406-8266605-7681163 was in the box given to CARRIER at the time it left our fulfillment center.

We are discarding the INCORRECT ITEM that you sent. We will be happy to accept the return of the correct item at your earliest convenience.

Please reply to this email if you have any questions or concerns.

When I read this mail, I have lost my temperament and immediately I replied back to the email sender, my reply is here in the next line:

Whatever I understood that you are asking me for correct item to return, but I have return same product whatever I purchased, even pickup courier has confirmed it, that’s why I got pick up message, then how can you say that I returned wrong item, that’s cheating with me.

I am an Amazon Prime member since Amazon got to stand in the market, so I am like a legendary customer of Amazon, but I had no bad experience whatsoever I am facing right now, don’t try to do anything wrong with me otherwise Amazon will face a real legal tight fight.

I have returned the correct product and got the pick up message so you can’t say that.

Give my money back by today, or be ready for legal action.

After wasting my days and precious time, Amazon have done this to me, which is absolutely not acceptable and tolerable.

And now, after years long journey with Amazon, I have decided to stop buying anything from Amazon and definitely I will share my recent experience with the world, because people have the right to know the reality and in my best intention, to prevent the people from fraud, they must know the truth about today’s Amazon.

Well check all the attached PDF files and read all very carefully, you will know the reality, that’s all I can say yet.
