Text of Complaint by Chirag Bansal:

I purchased a women sandal (Walkfree open Toe wedges) from Ajio but the size was prdered qrong by mistake. I did an exchange request and repeatedly I have been tricked by the Customer care people on every call (each time waiting for 20 minutes) that this issue, this issue and such and again and again it’s been neither exchanged, nor my money has been refunded.

 

I have all the calls recorded with me and they are making a fool out of their customers.

 

Repeatedly they are defrauding us. They register a complaint, takes days and no response and then close it themselves without giving a response.

 

I am fed up of them and need this company to pay for all the pain its customers are facing.
