Booked two tickets from Bangalore to Mumbai and Mumbai to Bangalore for 2nd February 2023 and 6th February, 2023 respectively. Both the ticket were cancelled and I received a call from Varafi regarding cancellation and refund. The money was supposed to be refunded already. It has been more than 12 days and I haven’t received a refund. I called and mailed them several times but in vain. All they say is that they are looking into the refund status and it will take a day to reflect in my bank. However, so far I have not received my refund and I feel cheated. It does not take this long for refunds. Varafi is a cheat and a fraud company who have scammed a lot of customers.
