I returned the sink caddy worth ₹400 on 7th September and still not got my refund till date. Called the customer care service more than 4 times still they are giving excuses. The mode of refund I mentioned was to add into Amazon pay balance however now the customer service are insisting to take a cheque & submit it in the bank.
