I ordered a an item Luxpure Polar 100 DGP Diaphram,order number 4087803836-2949148 dated 12 mar 2020, received wrong item request for return and return picked on 19 my 2020 and received a confirmation message on the same day.on 12 June called customer care, they said item received refund will be given in 3 days. But till now no refund given and customer care is not approachable.up loaded screen shots.
