I ordered an item ‘rupa’ package of 5 innerwear costing 385/- on 24-05-2020. Than on 01-06-2020 i called the customer service of Amozon because it was getting late and i wanted to cancel cancel the item delivery because it was not not cancelling in amazon app.
A customer provider picked up the phone and i told hi all the details that why i want to cancel and the problem i am facing in cancelling in app. The he cancelled my ordered and said i will the refund on 04-06-2020 .
I trusted him and said ok thanku …..but its 17-06-2020 and still now i haven’t got the refund .So i called the customer service again and told him that i have not yet got the refund.
He said but your item is showing to be delivered so we can’t do anything. I neither got the product not the refund money .
