Text of Complaint by simmi Rajput:

On 9th Aug 2023 I first Paid via Phone pay Money was deducted,but the bill was not generated in their system they said there is problem in there system I was waiting for more than 15min I showed them transition id and said them to check through this id but they didn’t do. cashier said you have to pay again, hence believing him, I paid same amount from same Phone pay and this time bill also generated,They said the refund amount will credited in your account tomorrow,but till date I have still not got my refund of payment that was successful from my end.
on complaining it reliance customer care service (called them many times) always told will get resolution in 72 hours and after that register a new complaint. Almost 7days passes but no Refund
