1. I booked a return trip flight ticket on TRAVOLOOK from lucknow to delhi on 6th april, 2021.
2. Got a call n mail with repayment link for fare difference and that money deducted in first time payment will get refunded.
3. Reference number for repayment link is REF170734274.. screenshot attached below
4. But even after 15 days money has not been refunded and there is no response from travolook.in company despite calling and mailing.
